Minnesota Guardian ad Litem notified of journalist’s intent to file federal lawsuit

Thief River Falls laws firm also named in conspiracy to violate constitutional rights of journalist

by Timothy Charles Holmseth

Timothy Charles Holmseth, journalist/author, issued a letter of intent to sue multiple parties Monday.

Notifications included letters to Matthew Petrovich, guardian ad litem, Minnesota Guardian ad Litem Program, and Charlson & Jorgenson Law Firm, Thief River Falls.

Holmseth, the Plaintiff in Holmseth v. East Grand Forks et al, alleges Matthew Petrovich, Michael Mattocks, and several others, conspired to violate his constitutional rights on an ongoing basis, in an illegal effort to protect a continuing criminal enterprise, in violation of the Racketeer Influence Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).

The criminal enterprises being protected include Boardwalk Enterprises LLP, East Grand Forks, and Alternative Biofuels Technologies Inc, an inactive company once owned by convicted Ponzi schemer Scott W. Rothstein, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

The Boardwalk Enterprises money-laundering loan-fraud scheme was exposed in April of 2014, after Holmseth filed a complaint against the City of EGF to the Minnesota State Auditor and requested an audit.

Holmseth has evidence Charlson & Jorgenson conspired to violate his rights, in effort to conceal the fact the law firm colluded with business associates of Scott Rothstein, operating an international child sex trafficking operation.

Holmseth has evidence Charlson & Jorgenson colluded with career criminal that sold infants through the United States Embassy in a pedophile operatioin involving a fake pastor, fake FBI agent, and fake medical documents.

Holmseth has evidence that Petrovich has attempted to assist Attorney Ronald Galstad in violation of Holmseth's constituional rights.

Holmseth filed a federal civil rights lawsuit in July, 2014, and has been a victim of brutal attacks and violations as recent as October 3, 2014.

The latest illegal acts, which were done in writing, were committed to intimidate, blackmail, and extort Holmseth, in effort to influence his legal decisions in Holmseth v. City of East Grand Forks et al, as well as another court proceeding.

The details are being withheld to protect the innocent.

The lawsuit will be filed in United States District Court.
